Born in 1961, Jacques Crenn left Brittany to study photography in Paris.
He was given the Book Major Ilford in 1985.
He became an assistant-photographer at Top Model's Studio for 4 years.
In 1990 he worked for different magazines (Madame Figaro, Max...) and for publicity but never gave up his artistic interests.
Winner of the National contest Hasselblad in 1998, he exhibited in Paris, Berlin, Arles, Tbilissi and Baku.
The representation of human body remains a great part of his works.
In 2004,he succeeded in exhibiting at the gallery of the MK2 Francois Mitterand movie theater thanks to his deep involvement in cinema.
In october 2005, during a stay in Georgia, he exhibited at the N Gallery.
Jacques Crenn always kept in touch with music and dancing.
Jacques Crenn lives and works in Paris.
